Newbie, didn't see a proper thread for IDing songs, anyways, here again, Thanks!

It starts out with an intro saying something like "look it people" or "look at people", the intro fades in with a sound effect behind it, it then becomes fast and up tempo at the end of the lyric, "you make me wanna jump" (I think). Then after that it is Spanish I believe, and remains up tempo. I tried googling for it, to no avail. If ya can help it would be appreciated!
