I know a lot of people that can't stand his music but I like it. I loved his first single, "ain't no nigga like the one I got"

I remember watching some special on him and they said in his very first video they made him look like Joe Camel.

I OWN EVERY CD HE HAS COME OUT WITH. I LOVE JAY-Z...HIS FLOWS ARE CLEAN AND WELL THOUGHT OF...HE ACTUALLY ONE RAPPER I CAN LISTEN TO ALLL DAY. I LIKE ALL DA ROC-A-FELLA PEEPS...JAY AINT ALL MR. GQ BUT HE'S CUTE IN HIS WEIRD LOOKIN WAY...MUCH PROPS TO HIM AND YES HE IS RETIRING. HE HAS ONE MORE ALBUM CALLED THE BLACK ALBUM DUE OUT BLACK FRIDAY IN NOVEMBER...OTHER THAN THAT HE IS JUST GONNA MAKE MONIES OFF HIS CLOTHING LINE, SHOE LINE AND HIS LABEL BASICALLY. MAYBE JUST DO HOOKS ON PEEPS SONGS. BUT HE WELL DESERVES THE RETIRING....SEAN CARTER...NIGGA VOLUME II...

i think hes alright. i like him. i dont get why ppl make such a big fuss bout him tho. he does have some really good songs. as far as looks go...i think he looks like a hippo.

i better knock on wood before i wake up looking like a hippo tomorrow.

not a great rapper but he's alright. has some good music. doesnt have the look. dresses nice, but seems too serious sometimes. i used to like that song he sang w/ Angie Martinez, i cant remember what its called but it goes "how you say my love in spanish? Mi Amor...how you say my love in thug?..Can I Hit It Bro" or sumthin like that.
