Pffft, No, I think why get someone who is going to sing excatly like him? do we really need 2 shaggies? Ones bad enough in my opinion. Why hire someone else with the excate same/ or similar singing voice, goes beyond me.

Um, in case you haven't noticed that a lot of people from Jamaica sing that way...it's their accent that makes them sound like that...hence the style of reggae.

But, is there really a need to give a guy with that voice a million dollar contact? Plus he'll forgotten in about a year or 2, so it doesn't bother me that much, and by the way he doesn't sing Reggae, he does Rap, shows how much you know of the genres of music.

Actually, it is reggae check out his bio and you'll see. His stuff has been huge in Jamaica. The stuff he releases now is more of a blend, of course it's not pure reggae. Anyway, shows how much YOU know about genres...not all artists are categorized under just one thing.

I agree with you though, that he's just another fad that will probably be forgotten about in a couple of years. For awhile all you heard was reggae and now it'll probably fade out.

i disagree like iluvdru almost all jamaicans have accents but he is not full jamaican he is some part of ( i forgot) but anyways well i like him and believe me he will not be forgotton about in 2 years !
