Ok...well, I juz got her CD for X-Mas...and im upset. The CD doesnt play...it plays, but it sounds like it's all scratched up! Im angry...that was the first time i ever played it...i juz opened it. SO....they wont return it will they??

yes, they will take it back...especially if you have the receipt. or they might even let you exchange it to let you get one thats not effected. they shouldn't give you a hard time.
