Unregistered	Aiight Chica, I cannot say much because I don't or haven't relate to this situation. I have never dated a black guy because I could never find one who I could relate to. I've dated white and asiaian and of coure MEXICAN. So I'm still going to consider it the same thing. Anyhoo, let me tell you a funny story. My Daddy is a mexican...full-blooded mexican and so is my Mommy. My Grandma never accepted my Mom because she was a mexican. She wasn't white like all of my Grandma's daughter-in-laws or son-in-laws. Actually she considered my mom a "mojo" because she knew spanish. It took my Grandma to accept my Mom when I was 18 years old. Because she realized that my Daddy and my Mommy been married for 30 years and never once separated or divorced. On the other hand, all my aunts and uncles been married 2 to 5 times. That's why I'm related to the whole TEXAS or shall I say AMERICA because I have aunts and uncles making kids left to right with many different spouses. My Mommy always treated my Grandma with respect because she knows what it's like to be a mother-in-law and felt like if she EVER disrespected my Grandma, then she is disrespecting my Dad, my sisters, my brother and me. But my Grandma always disrespected me and my immediate family, especially my Dad by disrespecting my Mom. That's why we didn't ever go to her house when she calls, or do anything for her. Now we do because I mean c'mon that woman is old and bitter. Just forgive her. My mom always taught us to forgive and she taught us all to be a lover not a fighter. My Dad never let my Grandma come in between his and my Mom's relatioship because if he did....just like he said "then there wouldn't be my sisters, my brother, me or even my nieces and nephews" and I swear I hear that man thank the LORD everyday for giving my Dad his blessings because he feels blessed to have every each one of us. My Dad didn't care for my Grandma's acception because he wasn't marrying her or being her boyfriend. He felt like he was older enough to make his decision and he decided to stick to it. So Girl, it's all up to you. Tell your Mom to trust your instinct with this guy. If you mess up, then that's your mistake. Not everyone here is perfect and that's how we live our life, by making mistakes and of course we learn from them, they are what makes us stronger. I know you love your Mom very much, but sit down and talk to her and let her know how you feel about this guy and how you want her to accept your decision.

Unregistered	I know i really hate hiding things from her but right now she is going through some tough situations and she is mad at me.....for her mistakes so right now i dont want to...but yes i will be very mature about this and wont do anything wrong...thanks again gurls and wish me luck!!!!!
