tom hanks = shit, only cast cause he has a big name, cant play that role at all.
sophie neveau = made stupid in the film for some reason, which sucked. teabing = ace, i love gandalf ^_^ silas = best actor in there, played the part well , didnt even notice who the actor was till about half way through. mmrraaah. the only good thing i can really say about the film was that the end was a whole lot more climactic than in the book. the books ending needed that epic music i think, it just kinda.. ended without any real ending. |

I liked the movie. Not the best I saw, but it kept me interested till the end. And I could see it again

i agree with you ugly organist... the ending of the movie somehow tied everything in a bit more and brought a bit more closure than the book did. i hope a sequel comes out that starts off with revealing the location/tomb of mary magdalene... i didn't like how tom hanks played the role, he didn't intrigue me at all. lame. sophie neveau was a cute though but i still don't see her as the last descendent of Jesus. I AM IN LOVE WITH SILAS. i was so turned on by him. he's hot. the part where he's in the chateau and jumps out scared the heck out of me. Paul Bettany was awesome.

I loved it, it was worth the wait. It's as good as the book. I figured there would be some creative changes but I didn't notice any!!!
