Festivals, Anybody been to a good mus fest recently

I actually have never been to a music festival...firstly cos i can never spare $100 to go, and secondly now my health is too fragile to go.

I was thinking next year of going to splendor in the grass in Byron Bay...seems like the ultimate of funkiness. Horah for costal towns!

So what festivals are around reguarly where everybody else is?

where i live, every year we have a festival for really good group impersonators and we have a blues fest as well. other than that we just have the concerts;)

We have the Big Day Out every year in January, which has heaps of bands playing, it also goes to Australia as like a bit of a tour.

Speaking of music festivals, did anyone go to Pig Stock in Iowa?

That was one of the greatest shows I've ever been to. Would've been better if Dope got more time to do their set, but instead they gave Dimmu Borgir an extra half hour.

I've always wanted to go to that

this year i went to summerfest in milwaukee, to see paul oakenfold perform live....good times

There is the Reading and leeds festivals in england with a really good looking lineup this year.

If you do go to one dont forget toilet roll belive me you will regret it if u dont

Yeah I haven't been to the Big Day out cos the closest one is on the gold coast...and i have yet had the cash or decent enough health to stand in the gold coast sun for hours and hours in summertime!

I really really wanted to go to the coachella festival.
