Okay y'all, I know I've been wanting to shed some pounds and I figured I'd go ahead and start a new thread to help.

Here, we'll keep a daily log of what exercise we've done, calories burned, etc. Also post health questions here and worries, etc. This is to encourage each other, not to put each other down!

I don't have a car right now so I can't get to the YMCA to do my little routine and I've been really bad about eating so I know for a fact I'm gaining weight. Which sucks, I feel so horrible and gross. 239.gif Most of y'all know it's a constant problem for me, I don't know what it is or what I let get me down like this. And it's like I notice my clothes don't fit as well and that depresses me so I eat more! Vicious cycle. Most people figure it's just excuses and if I really wanted to I'd lose weight. I guess that's true but there's just something wrong with my mind when it comes to food and weight and all that crap. I don't know.

I've drank water and cholate milk.

and that's all.

I'm gonna try to drink more water and milk. My mom says it's good for me.

WEll...i dont exercise much. When i had moved out of my house (for those 3 weeks, lol), me and G always went to work-out at the gym in the apartments. I was starting to get used to it.

Last night i did about 50 crunches...lol...thats all i can do. Im too lazy nowadays. I will try to do them again tonight.

Today I ate...a parillada (fajita beef, chicken, shrimp)...i ate all of it and 2 tortillas. ANd then i ate a mango with chilli powder. That's it for now.

As you might have read in a diff post, I used to be a representative squash player until i was diagnosed with Chornic Fatigue Syndrome a year ago. (nooooo!). So although I cannot exercise at this point in my life, I am trying to eat better so that at least I have part of things going right!

Today, I have all my lunch from home. Two bananas, strawberries, ham sandwich on wholemeal bread and fruit salad.

Coca-cola is the hardest thing for me...i used to drink like over 600ml everyday...I miss it so much! I still drink alot...but less than i used to.

Water's just about the best thing for your body, a lot of the time if you feel hungry you can drink water and it will sort it out. In saying that it's not good to starve the body, you will actually put on more weight doing that. The body goes into starvation mode and tries to store most things as fat.

Water will help your skin a little bit, also flaxseed oil will help it as well

Ok...I've signed up for "Concepts of Physical Education" this semester and from what I've heard from my co-workers that have taken it is that they give you a pretty good work out. I'll be going twice a wk Tue & Thurs so I'm gonna either hit the gym at school after class on Mon & Wed or just do some exercise at home those days. So we'll see how it goes.

Yesterday I had an egg, juice and a slice of toast for breakfast. I didn't have lunch b/c I wasn't hungry. For dinner I had some of that Progresso soup and I had about 6 glasses of whater throughout the day.

This morning I had a licuado de platano and for lunch I brought a ham sandwich and a yougert. I plan on going to the track after work lets just hope that it doesnt' rain.

I hate the fact that these days you pay more for a salad than for fried hamburgers...but they do LESS to the ingredients of a salad than the burger! What is going on?

Today I had a small bowl of cereal for breakfast.

Some goldfish.

Chicken and rice with cheese.

No dinner yet, but it smells so good.

No gym yet either, no freakin' car!
