and after a lot of thinking i decided to give up CHOCOLATE MILK too... it'll be hard cause that's like oxygen to me... i need a daily fix of it. and i know that drinking the choco milk is a healthier alternative (i use 2% milk) to regular bars of chocolate or whatnot... but still that choco powder is just basically spoonfuls of unnecessary SUGAR i'm chugging down with my milk... so NO MORE CHOCO MILK!!!... okay, that's it...
i think i got it all out of my sistem now. |

well i was being really good about eating saladz b4 every meal, but now i'm out of lettuce and need to go buy more. and well i do crunches one day but then completely forget about em for a couple of dayz

Awww!!! :BLUSH: LOL, girl don't trip I was bad today. I just ate at Denny's - had the chicken salad but the chicken was breaded. |

YESTERDAY - in the morning i had a campbells soup with ice tea came home and had some chile rojo with arroz and a coke then like later when i had my break at work i had taco bell and then i came home and had a sandwich with mayo and jamon and that's it
TODAY - in the morning i had one of those mircowave meals and a coke..and right now i'm eat cesina.. |

Man....I dont even wanna talk about what I ate yesterday at my nephew's birthday party...LOL. FATASS!!!!!!
Today i ate: ~2 plates of migas con chile ~3 bowls of ice cream (rocky road) ~a slice of cake with a side of ice cream...lol ~2 cans of Fruit Punch ~bottle of water ~a tamarindo ~a candy rope |

today:
1 bowl of special k with 1 banana and 1 cup of 2% milk. 1 can of water packed tuna with crackers for lunch 2 tablespoons of extra crunchy peanut butter (this would be bad if it was in excess) and dinner i had 1 steamed chicken thigh with slices of aguacate and lemon and 2 slices of queso fresco for dinner before church. and a whole lot of water... i swear i got to pee like a racehorse right now, my clothing for tomorrow is packed already... i'ma workout @ school after my classes. |

^^I am so jealous of what you ate today.
25 leg lifts on each leg. Today I had: 1 salad from jack in the crack 1 chicken tender 1 thing of nachos with chicken fajitas I'm so fat, I'm never going to lose weight. |

Back on the diet
-1 cup of Special K and 1 cup of 2% milk and Worked out for 60 minutes and burned 680 calories. Hopefully that took care of some of the nachos I ate last night. Jeannette that tuna sounds good but do you eat it plain? I want something OTHER THAN SALAD, I don't want to get tired of them. |

Everyone here at work is trying to get on some diet or exercise routine. Some have joined Weight Watchers and others joined Curves. Well Friday my boss suggested we form a group and go running/walking after work. It really isn't a bad idea if we do it right after work b/c most of know that if we were to go home and say we would do it later we'd get lazy and wont' want to go exercise. So it starts today, I'll only be joining them on Tues and Thurs b/c those are nights I go in late for school. I think this will be good I go w/them 2 times a wk and then I got the PE class at school so I'll be getting some good exercise.
As for what I eat, I dont like eating vegetables but I do eat a lot of fruit. I've been snacking on fruit instead of candy. I've been drinking a lot of water and I've been peeing alot too. This morning for breakfast my boss broght us bagles from Panera damn they're good I had a Cinnamon one w/cream cheese and cranberry juice. For lunch I'm planning on going to Dairy Queen and getting a salad, when I was there last night they looked good so I"m gonna try that out!! |

^^^That sounds like a good weekly workout!
I ate a salad: lettuce, spinach, 1/2 of a small tomatoes, carrots, purple cabbage stuff, chicken. So far, five bottles of .5 L of water. Oh and some croutons right now, I was hungry. |

Yeah i eat it plain... i'm not a salad person at all... and i don't like my tuna with anything so i just eat low fat crackers with water packed tuna and maybe a super small sprinkling of kosher salt...
today i had: 1 bowl of special k with banana 1 cup of coffee (milk, coffee and 1 spoonful of choco powder cause we ran out of sugar) 1 special k bar 1 baked chicken thigh with 2 slices of queso fresco 1 24 oz bottle of water and just right now 1 can of tuna with crackers ... no more food... if i eat anything else later on it'll be fruit. |

Today I ate:
~Breakfast from Dots Coffee Shop..LOVE IT THERE!! (2 scrambled eggs with cheese on top, 2 strips of bacon, ham, 3 slices of french toast w/syrup and orange juice) ~cup of coffee with Irish Creme creamer ~1 bottle of Lemon-Lime Powerade ~half a bottle of water ~1 slice of chocolate pound cake (from Starbucks) This post has been edited by Drewdreama on Sep 20 2004, 04:18 PM |

Today I've eaten..
- 4 entomatadas that my mommy made - baby carrots w/ranch dressing - 1 bowl of frosted flakes - 1 fanta drink and that it, well not really.. add 1 and half more entomatadas.. lol ok, scratch the entomatadas, I accidently burned them and now one is stuck to the plate.
