baby in the way?
i'm "preparing my breakfast" for tomorrow morning... i'm starting to figure that it would be better for me to eat a big breakfast and a light dinner and the big bfast should be enough to keep me going through the day even if i skip lunch (which i always do)... so yea... i'm trying not to eat that right now. and i still haven't worked out... will do before i shower though. |

LOL Jeannette I was thinking of the same thing!
Ate exactly one cup of Special K with 2% milk (no banana today - it has tons of sugar, but it's SOOOO good. Avocados have more potassium though and no sugar) Ate the same salad as last night's dinner. Two/three bottles of water (haven't kept track) 25 leg lifts on each leg - just laying on my bed watching tv! A classmate of mine told me to do those because I told her if I start losing weight I want to have awesome legs. So she told me I can do leg lifts anywhere. I did 25/25 last night too. |

Well, i dunno. I've always ate as much as i do now...well, maybe a LITTLE LESS than now, but yea. My family all knows that im a pig...they said that b/c I eat so much, one day I would be FAT like them. I always said NO...but guess what, im gettin there. I dunno...it's all catchin up i guess. I used to be able to eat whatever and not gain weight, now I gain it like crazy. SO yea. And NO...there's definitely not a baby on the way. That's what I thought too...but Ive taken 3 pregnancy tests already...no baby. I dunno...guess Im just a pig. Today I ate: ~2 Breakfast tacos from Taco Cabana...(flour tortilla with bacon, egg and cheese.) ~a slice of pepperoni pizza from Pizza Hut (i dont eat the crust) ~a cranberry grape juice ~a blue Powerade Hey...maybe Im just depressed or sumthin... I think Im depressed too!! Well yeah, I am..YOUR SO LUCKY!! I wish i could eat whatever i want w/o gaining weight. During the summer i ate so healthy.and now..its junk food 24/7..today:
-cereal -snickers -muchaco n bean burrito from Bueno -M&Ms -Half of a half of Twix -Baked Potato with the Works....PURE JUNK FOOD!!!!!! kuka, ima start following your diet..i like waaaay betta than mine. aver que pasa maņana..tan, tan, tannnnn |

Yeah Jenny once you start it ain't as HORRIBLE. And I don't feel guilty after I eat.
Last night for dinner I had a big salad with the same stuff: cheese, cherry tomatoes, croutons, chickennnnn, lettuce, carrots, Thousand Island dressing Today: *1.5 cup of Special K but with NO BANANA (that's why I added a lil more) *A salad with just 1/2 a little tomatoe and NOTHING BUT LETTUCE, chicken, and italian dressing (blah *About 10/15 little crouton squares because I am STARVING Oh yeah and I worked out for 60 minutes today. I burned 675 calories. |

Well, today I ate: ~an apple ~a lil baggie of Sunkist fruit snacks ~A lil baggie of Wheat Thins...MAN, it only had like 10 thins in there...i needed MORE ~a Jumbo Jack w/cheese ~some Curly Fries ~bottle of water ~bottle of cherry coke ~a candy |

Omg...i received my ball in the mail the other day. U know...one of those big rubber balls for you to exercise on...so yea, I've got one now. I just got done doin the work-out. OMG...im soooooo outta shape. The easiest moves were sooooo HARD for me. It's soooo hard for me to keep my balance on the ball...it really is. I really feel stretched out...i feel tired and OMG...im weak. I think if I do this video everyday...I will start gettin toned. YEAYAYAYAYYAYAY!!!! So yea...I worked out for once...LOL.

plain water packed tuna and crackers 1 strawberry cupcake 2 chicken mcnuggets 1 serving of fried rice 1 serving of bourbon chicken 1 serving of sauteed potatoes several licks of vanilla ice cream 2 glasses of homemade fruit ponche and glasses of water here and there. |

I've been bad! Okay tell me how bad this is:
Around 11:50 last night I had JUST some slices of beef, no sauce, no bread. Just BBQed beef and four pickles and a can of Nestea because I was THIRSTY. Today I had one small piece of turkey ham and 1 cup of Special K with 2% milk. Just had a 6-inch steak/cheese sub with lettuce, tomatoes, and extra pickles. Diet Pepsi and baked BBQ Lays. 1/3 of a tamale, and 1 small piece of my mom's roast beef sandwich. |
