Worked out for 50 minutes straight this morning, burned only about 600 calories but it's all good. I ate bad today but not a lot of it. Hopefully I can have a salad for dinner.

oh i had those things like 8 years ago... and that yesterday a dude from work brought some in and we were all trying them again... they don't taste bad the only thing is that the seeds get in the way.

today i woke up and ate a chicken breast, a small piece of beef, some aguacate and lemon and kosher salt again... then in the afternoon i had some of that homemade taco meat (the one you mix the powder with ground beef junk) and some tostada chips... yea healthy i know.

and after that a whole lot of water and choco milk.... i'm about to pop in a crunch video right now.

i woke up at 7:30 this morning and ran a lil bit over 3 miles, then i got on the swings at the park and did that for some 15 minutes.

Hmm. This morning I had a cup of 2% milk and two Chips Ahoy! cookies.

For lunch after church we went to Ryan's. Oh goodness gracious. I pigged out. I had a salad first but then I hit the buffet. 429.gif I had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, macaroni, coke. The works. BUT! No dessert, lol. I stayed away from the ice cream and cakes.

2% milk is the best... not as watery as fat free or 1% yet not as fat feeling as whole milk.... the best.

My family drinks 2% milk.

Bleeeeeeeeehhh.. I've been eating so much fatening food lately. Drinking too many cokes.

I just totally need to starve myself at this point.

What I ate Saturday:
~3 plates of carne con chile and arroz (with about 7 tortillas) that my momma made
~a Banana Royale from Baskin Robbins....MMMM.


What I ate yesterday:
~1 Grilled Cheeseburger from Dot's Coffe Shop (one of my favorite places ever)
~French fries
~Baked Potato with the works
~less than half of G's leftover Chicken Fried Steak with creamy gravy...it was DELICOUS!!!!!!!!
~2 scoop sundae from Baskin Robbins with fudge, nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top


What I ate today...so far:
~a JR. Cheeseburger from Wendy's
~Fries
~a Bacon & Cheese baked potato from Wendy's
~a bite or 2 of G's fish filet sandwich
~an ice cream sandwich
~a Twix
~a gumball
~A baked potato with the works from a Barbecue place

CAN YOU TELL I LOVE BAKED POTATOES?? lol



And then I wonder why im rapidly gainin weight....hmmm....cuz im a fat ass that's why.

Damn girl I sit here with my mouth hanging open every time I read what you eat - and you have such a nice figure! UgggHHH!!!!!


I ate:

1 cup of Special K with banana
1 salad with chicken breast & italian dressing from Chick-Fil-A
1 bag of Sunchips, supposedly healthy since they're made with wheat
1 chicken salad from Jack in the Box (I recommend these salads for when you're really hungry - super filling, they have cherry tomatoes, purple onion, cucumbers, bacon bits, cheese, TONS OF LETTUCE AND SPINACH, croutons, chicken, and dressing, delicious!)

Oh yeah Jack's Salads fill u up!!!! theyre biigggg..we went there today..but a jumbo jack was so much cheaper! I know Lourdes..me antojas everthing when i read ur post... and ur still so skinny!!!
Today: Honey Bunches of Oats, Jumbo Jack, Fries, BIG Rice Krispies Bar, Peach, and a Snickers. uhoh3.gif I need to stop this shit..Homecoming is in two weeks!!!!

I forgot to add that yesterday I worked out for 65 minutes on the epiliptical machine. Burned like 750 calories. And I drank about 6 bottles of 1/2L of water.

Today I've eaten: a small salad and a piece of lasagna. A can of Diet Sprite.

I"ve been doing good as far as doing exercise, I go to class 2 times a wk but I do a lil extra at home at night the other days. I'll be hitting the gym tonight since I dont' have class. I didn't have breakfast today. For lunch I had some left over enchiladas from yesterday and some water. I"ve cut back on the coke drinking and started drinking more water. I've cut out candy, when I feel like I want one I chew gum instead.

Man, slowly but surely I AM blowing up...im beginning to gain weight b/c of all this junk I eat. But I cant stop...

Last night:
~added to what i had already ate...I also got a CORN in the cup with mayo, cheese, chile...mmmm...

Today I ate:
~a cinnamon roll
~a cranberry apple raspberry juice
~a bottle of water
~a bag of Chex mix
~a bag of Ramen noodles...mmm
~im about to go to Jack in the box right now..see what i get.


Oh and about those JITB salads...yea, they do fill u up, but I had a horrible experience. Now everytime i eat salad I get that "puke" taste in my mouth.
