It's me again.
Have yall heard of that Core work-out thing...u know, the one with that ball??? Well, i was watchin the info-mercial the other day...made me wanna buy it. Brooke Burke was advertisin for it, she has a GREAT body. Do these famous people who claim to use the product ACTUALLY use it?? How about Pilates?? |

I don't know but i want to get pilates bad... i'm thinking about ordering it for real... the volleyball girls at mac arthur (they're all pretty much big) got on the pilates workout during their break time (they were going to state) and they all lost weight... but then again the coach worked them out like crazy so that they would.... one of them told me that the pilates helped a lot... that it wasn't really for losing weight but more for reshaping the body... she said her body shape changed for the good.

So yall have never heard of the Core workout thing??? I saw it on Tv...and it aint that expensive...Im thinkin on just buyin it already.

I had cookies and orange juice for breakfast.
Tomorrow I have to wake up early to go work out. Ugh. We'll see how it goes, I haven't even started yet and I'm already backing out. |

Okay I've been talking to myself all day and I'm kind of excited about tomorrow now. I'm trying to be positive - I don't feel good about myself now so what do I have to lose waking up early and working out? Nothing right? So hopefully it'll be fun. Plus, my best friend tells me you feel way more refreshed and energized after working out in the mornings.

I'm up! I leave in 10 minutes at 6 and I feel energized, sort of. I went to bed at 11:30 and had no problems waking up. I'm psyched. I was going to eat a bowl of Special K for breakfast but there was NO MILK

I ended up working out for about 40 minutes. Felt SO good after. I even did weights for my arms, just simple stuff. I'm going to use 5 lbs. tomorrow because I felt nothing with the 3 lbs. weights. I can't wait, I'm so digging this. The gym is awesome too - the showers are like stalls. You walk into one, close the door and lock it. There's an area to hang your bag, and a curtain seperating it from the shower area. Too cool.

~a slice of Double Chocolate Pound Cake ~Bottled Frappuccino ~a cherry airhead ~an orange gumbball ~3/4 pint of Strawberry ice cream with chunks of Symphony chocolate ~3 Spicy chicken strips from popeyes ~mashed potatoes with gravy ~a biscuit ~a coke |

fudging lourdes!! you're eating everything i wanna eat!
today i had a small piece of carne with lemon, kosher salt, 2.5 bread slices and about 1/4 of an aguacate... cup of coffee in the morning and a prickly pear (mexican fruits called tunas at work). that's all i've eaten, i'ma workout like crazy these coming days. |

In PE yesterday I ran/walked 3 miles and did 100 crunches in sets of 25.
