Today I had...3 spicy chicken strips from Popeyes, a biscuit, mashed potatoes w/gravy and a coke.

Then i had...a Route 44 Lemon-Berry and a chilli-cheese dog.

OOh i know that gets me mad. cuz im always broke at lunch and the salads are like $5+ and at the same restaurant u can get 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a drink for the same $5 angryfire.gif

i've lost 5 lbs in a week... kinda good kinda bad... i bust my butt at work, i stand and run around the place for 9 hours (my legs hurt like crazy right now), and i only have a light breakfast and a good dinner. i haven't even been able to workout right. today i had special k with a banana for bfast and right now i just had 1 slice of bread with a plate of steamed seasoned beef meat and like half an aguacate... soo good. oh yea, i drink water like crazy now... i get so thirsty.

Arrgh, I've been drinking alot of water lately, no COKES.. or any of that sort. It sucks as s s. Everyday so far at school I'm almost peeing on myself.. it's not even funny.. I can't even walk when I get home. (Yes yes, I know ya'll didn't need to know that, but oh well)

Tuesdays and Thursdays I will DEFINITELY be at the gym. I'm taking my sister to class those days and since she goes to UH - Downtown I'll swing by the YMCA and get an hour in to work out. Hopefully that pushes me to keep going. I can't wait!

Yesterday I had bagle w/cream cheese & orange juice for breakfast, for lunch I had left overs rice and chile colorado con carne, for dinner I didn't have much I had a hot pocket and some water.

I started my Concepts of Physical Education class and the teacher was telling us it's gonna be part lecture and part activity. He's gonna teach us about our body, show us how to set up an exercise routine, nutrition all that other stuff. But I'll share as we go along!!

apple for breakfast..chicken with fries for lunch..a couple of plums right now..and i want a salad from work for dinner. I want to go running after work..but i dunno..running makes me loose everything..and i dont want to do that..just my stomach..i dont think i do..my legs already look like chicken shits..and my ass just went bye bye with all the running.

Im definitely gaining weight. I now weigh 108...went up from 103.

But I guess I know why...lol. I dont do much. And im doin horrible with drinkin water, havent really been doin it.

Today I had:
~4 French Toast Sticks w/syrup
~Sonic Jr. Burger
~Sonic corn dog (mustard, mayo, ketchup)
~fries
~Large rasberry (<<<----is that how u spell it, or is raspberry??) limeade slush
~a gumball

I have no time to eat or sleep... in 2 weeks i've put in almost 95 hours of work.. and i'm only "temporary"... i mean i love my job but im tired... i cant wait for tomorrow to get here... and today after class and before work i went running (it was sooo hot) about 3.5 miles around the woods at north harris and had another huge cup of coffee this afternoon. yesterday i got online and requested all these Crunch workout videos to be sent to my campus... i'ma do them this weekend (i'll probably get my aunt to record me a copies of all the videos.. yea yea i'm cheap) but yea... hopefully that will get me into shape... i <3 videos... everytime i see a new one i get all hyped up.

I'm going to start going to the school rec center's gym Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30 a.m. OMG I haven't been up that early in A LONG TIME. I mean I'm going to be at the gym and working out by 6:30. UGH. But I might as well, seeing as how in the afternoon I get lazy and want to just sleep. Might as well go before class.

I wish i had time to excersise and run..cuz i mean homecoming is coming up..and i wanna look nice. but i dont even have time to study or to go out..I've been trying to eat healthier..like everyday at work instead of pizza, cookies, and that good shit..i get salads with steak or chicken. Ima start doin my situps after work now cuz i got like 3 wks.
