Today
- slice of cheese @ school - plain hot-dog @ school - 2 "servings" of mac and cheese - 1 diet coke - and I'm about to eat me a bowl of frosted flakes. arrgh, I'm such a fatass... |

breakfast: 1 cup of coffee
lunch: 1 3/4 fried chicken strips and half my fries (i know.. bad... i ended up throwing it away) and a large cup of black tea ... plain and unsweetened. dinner (well what i ate after i got home from school): 1 can of tuna and some crackers.... a glass of milk... plain. |

Lunch and dinner - same thing, big salads.
I don't know. I'm starting to think I need to change. I'm so hungry right now but the salads are big and full of like carrots, croutons, etc. Blah. |

i'm so hungry right now... we bought wheat pita bread @ krogers (they have no fat!) and yea... less chemicals than regular bread and healthier than tortillas... more filling too... well yeah i'm having a toasted wheat pita for the first time with a microwaved scrambled egg mixed with butter flavor substitute... it's soo good.

I just had a glass of 2% milk and got a fork and stuck it in the peanut butter jar and ate some of it.
That pita bread sounds good...hmmmm. Maybe I'll buy it. |

Last night i had a salad!! *woot woot* After i stop working..ima start working out..did you guys see Mirca Dellanos body at the Premios Juventud..i think it was a blue dress...anyways..DAMN! her abs are niiice..thats my goal!

Last night I did my run/walk w/my co-workers I didn't work out at school b/c the teacher wasn't there and I didn't feel like staying and working out by myself I was too tired. Last night for dinner I had some rice and chicken.
Now today so far I've had: *2 hot wings *3 mini sausages w/bar b que *rotel dip w/chips *mini carrots w/ranch dip *some fruit (cantelop, pineapple, strawberries & grapes) *glazed dounut I'm so full right now I'm not having lunch and there's still more food and desserts. They got this chocolate cake that looks good but I think I'll have a piece of that later on today!! *shakes head* |

Today I worked out for 65 minutes and burned 700 calories on the dot!
Breakfast - 1 cup of Special K and milk I had a chef's salad for lunch (turkey and I guess beef? ham with a little cheese, spinach and lettuce, italian dressing - it wasn't that big though) Right now eating an apple because I'm starving! Someone told me today my face looked a lil thinner and my tummy looked less round, lol yay |
