what are entomatadas? they sound like enchiladas but with tomato! lol
today: Cereal 1 Chalupa 1 Double Decker Peach Salad with breaded chicken and reg ranch dressing and croutons and a lil bag of Oreos (minis) with Milk LOTS of water..i <3 water..i can drink it allllll day. |

Apparently those side crunches are good for it um you lie on your side and sorta do a sit up except its on your side its hard to explain

I have no idea what would be good for a smaller butt.
Yesterday (adding to what I had): 1 apple 1 salad 1 like itty bitty bitty piece of lasagna, just picked at it Today: 1 cup of Special K and 1 cup of 2% milk so far |

Yesterday for lunch I got me the salad @ Dairy Queen that was pretty good. Then on my way to school I stopped at the gas station and got me a bottle of whater and I had an oatmeal cookie...it was soo good I hadn't had something sweet in a while. For dinner I didn't have much I had a piece of chicken and then I ate a cucumber.
Today I didn't have breakfast, but for lunch today we're going to Luby's. |

well like an hr ago i had 5 enchiladas wit some ice tea..so that was like my breakfast i think or lunch..whatever

Entomatadas....mmm. They are like little cheese tacos...u take the tortilla and put it in oil, then you put cheese in the middle and roll it up. It's almost like a quesadilla (but rolled up) or an enchilada. Then you pour the sauce on top...and that's it. I dunno...it's something soo simple, but yet...that's my favorite food. Today I ate (so far): ~a SMALL slice of pepperoni pizza from Godfathers + G's leftover crust ~a chicken sandwich from nasty Chic-Fil-A ( i hate it, but i didnt want Wendy's) ~fries w/bbq sauce ~a bottle of Grapefruit juice ~half a cherry coke |

Today I had Subway for lunch/dinner. Turkey and ham on wheat bread with lettuce, mustard, tomatoes, and extra pickles and with cheese. Baked BBQ Lays and Diet Pepsi. Blah.

I had the same thing except mine didn't have tomato and I also got cucumbers and I had the Sour Cream & Onion Lays and Tea. We were supposed to go to Luby's but it was too packed. Later that evening before school I had me some Light Strawberry Kiwi jello tasted just like regular jello and I had me a cup of cereal. I went on the run/walk w/my co-workers after work we did 2 miles. Went to my PE class last night and we did Aeorobics for 45 min that was pretty fun I hadn't done that in a yr. Then I stayed after class and ran a few laps around the gym and got the bike. This morning we stopped by the donut shop and I got me a sausage roll, 2 mini donuts and some orange juice. Now it's lunch time and I'm not even hungry! |

~an apple ~huevo con chile, tomate, y cebolla...with 3 slices of wheat bread Today I ate: ~a bottle of water ~a coke ~a fish fillet sandwich w/cheese from Wendy's ~fries ~a Symphony bar ~a TUM ~an Orange Cream ice cream bar |

Same thing:
-1 cup of Special K with 1 cup of 2% milk -1 salad with 2 breadsticks the length of my index finger and pretty thin (the salad had no croutons!) -An apple -A piece of lasagna (I couldn't help it! It was very small. Better than giving in to the urge of buying myself a double chocolate chip creme frap...mmm) Oh yeah! Worked out only 40 minutes and burned 425 calories or something like that. *SIGH* I was super tired today. |
