I Can't Identify This Song!, Lyrics included

I have two versions of it, both which I recorded off the radio. A bubbly techno one which is like a fizz of fresh air, and a rather dull and bleak one.
I've done lyric searches to find it, but have come up with nothing.
I would like to know its title and who it's by.
Here's the lyrics I hear from the song, I'm not sure if they're completely accurate. ^_^;;
