Hi All!

Are there any Roots fans here?

I just listened to their new CD, "Tipping Point." It's actually not bad at all. I borrowed it from my co-worker.

I think I'm goin' to get a copy for myself. I checked it out at. Hey, if any of you are interested, go ahead and check it out.

Does anyone already have this cd? Any favorite tracks?

I love the Roots! I wish more hip=hop would incorperate live music in their shows. As far as their new album, Im hopig its as good as Phrenology. But my favorite is their live album "live at the T connection"

the roots are good... what the hell is up with all the mumbling in "don't say nuthin'"? Are we even supposed to understand what the hell he's saying?

on the roots message boards Quest said that Black isnt sayin anything...he's not mumbling anything....they started doing this back in philly at one of their shows...kinda silly but whatever.

i love the CD but then again i am a HUGE roots fan...i know some other people dont like it because it doesnt sound mainstream

my fave song on there is star

just read today that the roots added some new tour dates - they will be in LA at the end of OCT at the HOB.
