Lent, catholics

hey i am a catholic wut religion are u?

well lent started 3 weeks ago and i wanna know wut u gave up for 40 days?

i gave up my GUM it was hard but i am doing pretty good

i'm non denominational christian ..not a religion i guess.. but i still go along and give up something... 3 years ago i gave up coke (i do drink a sip every now and then when theres nothing else to drink... but dont like it no mo) but this time i gave up saying OH MY GOD. ... doing pretty good so far and i also gave up salt.

I am a Catholic.

I didn't give up anything this year. Cant eat meat on fridays.

COCA COLA!!!!!!...THIS IS MY THIRD YEAR...AT FIRST IS HARD BECAUSE PEOPLE MAKE FUN OF ME SAYING HOW THE COKE TASTE SO GOOD..HOW IT'S SO GOOD WITH ICE AND ALL THAT STUFF...STUPID FunnyKERS MAKE ME MAD...BUT I HAVE BEEN DOING GOOD...I HAVEN'T HAD A DRINK OF COKE FOR NOTHING....

MAN. i suck. ok..supposely me, i gave up cussing, coke, and chocolate. so u kno, i can have backups. well the FIRST day i drank coke..i was doing good with the cussing. but some biotch gave me chocolate so i ate it..and now that my cousin is here from cali every other word in this house is a cuss word. I FEEL SO BAD! well..ima give up going dancing..i havent done it in like a month..but i still suck. i mean..its the LEAST you can do..he gave up his life for us. and i know ima feel worse after i see Passion.

I'm Catholic...and i said i was goign to give up cussin!! so far i only did it for the 1st week...but i said i wasn't going to eat candy & Choclate so i'm doing pretty good!!!

OMG! bread??? I could never ever ever give up bread! that's my fav! and rice! OMG gotta have my bread and rice lol

yeah grl i know.. dats one of da reasons i gave it up!..cause.. dammit i eat too much of it.. i thought maybe dat way i lose like a few pounds u know? ..n well i lost.. like 3 or 4..hehe

i've been doing pretty good..its almost over..and i still havent gone out out..like get-ready to go out..just pjs and snl..saturday night. sad..but im alright...its the least i can do..after watching the movie..it just hit me real hard what he did for us..its not like the parties are going to end. huh? oh and i've notice i've been getting all a's..since i do my hw now..yay!
