Selena Special

i was just wonderin if yall watched that Selena-El Ultimo Adios special they showed on Univision? i watched it and it was pretty cool.... they showed concert footage from tha Astrodome concert (her last concert no?) and people who met her were talkin about her and stuff. i thought it was nice... i wouldve LOVED to meet her. she looked so down to earth and nice... if yall watched it what did yall think? or what do yall think of her overall?

Well first of all, I HATED that Aracelia Arambula hosted it! I mean she didn't even know her! (or at least i don't think she did) i think it should of been someone like Cristina or someone that acutally knew her.

But OMG my eyes got all watery and crap. It was good though. I liked it. I wish I would of gotten to go to a concert of hers. but oh wellz.

I can't believe its already been 9 years! It seems like just the other day i was hearing about her death all over TV.

NO doubt she was the best.

Shoot, I didn't even know about it coming on. What channel was it..??

oh yeah i forgot to mention that i HATED the fact that ARACELY ARAMBULA hosted it!! i think that AB (dad and/or son) is trying to make her like Selena! UGH! but yeah anyways.... i hate that Biscuit!!!

hell yeah grl i agree w/ u why aracely arambula...Cristina would of been a GREAT! host for that show....i thought it was a beautiful show...she still is the BEST!!! i always wanted to see her in concert when i was a lil girl..but sadly i never got to go...i wanted to cry too when all those people were talking about how she was...i liked the show alot...

I didn't see it! I'm so mad! I was having my birthday party and forgot about it! UGH! I can't believe Aracely Arambula hosted it, wtf? Just cuz she's doing AB or AB's trying to do her doesn't mean she should've hosted it. Cristina, or her sister, or damn even AB himself could've done it. More personal that way. That's so BLAH. I hope they show it again.

i saw it... i even taped it...lol...it was a nice show...but yeah i agree with yall that aracely shouldn't have hosted the show...

i was ultra super duper busy...i saw like one minute of it.. her stomach was sooo flat!!.. nothing compared to my lonjas lol... but yea i hope they have a rerun of it.. i wanted to tape it soo bad.

Naw, I didn't watch it. But I did get to meet Selena when i was younger. She was real nice. t first i didn't know who she was until my tio told me and I was like cool. My tio was talking to hert for several minutes. I remember taking a pic with her but my tio has it at his house

Girl, I dont think her dress looked anything like Selena's. I actually LOVED the dress Aracely was wearing...seriously, i LOVED it! She looked soo purdy, but I agree...jus cuz her and AB got sumthin goin on, or so we think, dats no reason for HER to be hostin that show. It woulda been better with someone else.

So yea...it was just the concert from the Rodeo...me and my family were all singin to it. LOL I tricked my nephew into thinkin i was the one singin...LOL. What a dummy. But yea, is it me or was her hair ULTRA nappy all the time?? Me and my sis were talkin about that all night. Literally, her hair looked like it was burned or sumthin...really dry. Like damn, put on some oil or sumthin. Sorry im being rude and talkin about her...but i really hated her hair. I mean, she was famous, she coulda done sumthing with it.

yea i saw it..it was nice..yup recorded it...my mom told me that that day of her last concert [[it was a sunday..]] alot of ppl missed church to go see her..i was like yea my brother did too...she goes QUE?? i go oops!! heehee...but yea she was great...i cried sevreal times...jst to know that she had a great voice and OOOOO i loved when she did the hustle!!!!lol

Ugh I know I missed it, because I was at the Concert that day...but I wanted to record it but I forgot....^^ SEND IT TO ME PPWWWEZZZ LOL ^^ I wanted to see it...it suckz!!

yeah her hair did look kind of weird..it looked all frizzy...

i missed it too! :( i wanted to see it..but i left to eat..mannn..oh well..maybe they'll rerun it someday soon...but my friend took a pic of her from her camara phone..and she went to skoo on monday and told me she went to a selena concert on saturday. i was like nahhh uhhh. *dork*..then i thought about it. haha. i know im dumb...REAL dumb.
