me 2 i wanna be a size nine again im a 13 (yea yea i know im fat like a WHALE ) BUT YEA I WANNA BE a size 9 again miss those days but it was hard over the holidays like muh best friend said she ate 35 tamales and she gained 15 pounds in 2 weeks and she was like 145 and a size nine and now she is 162 and it doesnt look good on her since she is sorta skinny not fat nor skinny!

If anybody saw a few weeks ago on el gordo y la flaca they had joana benedek and she said she eats whatever she wants but she rides bicycle every day or every other day about 1 mile and a half and does crunches and stuff like that. I started doing it for the past few weeks and people have been saying i look thinner!

I'm not fat i just wanted to be tone but it has to work because she has a really pretty body.

a real bicycle but you have to set the pedals to where you push hard...
on the ones that don't move you probably have to do more than a mile and a half.

Cutting out carbonated drinks like cokes or teas help. Last year, my average weight was 130 and now that I have cut out all of those, my average weight is 115. It works. But, I have gained weight. I got down to 110 and I wore a size 4! That's the smallest I have ever been and I want that back sooo bad! uhoh3.gif Like, the ab roller works really really good! I am using that right now! You can get them for $5 at Wal-Mart! try them!

Oh yes!!....I need that....I need to lose weight...this 2nd Semester I started GYM..we started to run more....for about 6 mins. and I think it's helping...I wear a size 9-10. i wanna get to at least a 6-7

Youre cutting all ALL but 20 grams of carbs each day. This diet is NOT for those who LOVE pasta, potatoes or bread.

Ummm....im like, literally not doing any kind of diet and im losin a lotta weight. I just walk at school...to da different classes and to work. At night before goin to sleep i do my crunches and all my stretching. And dats it...i eat all da normal stuff ive always ate...well, actually, i dont do it on purpose...but i dont eat as much...I find myself not as hungry as i once was. Or i can be really really hungry...but once i start eating, i get full fast. I dunno..maybe its b/c for a while i was sooo depressed and everwhelmed with things dat i wouldnt eat at all on some days...maybe my stomach rejects food now or sumthin. But dat only went on for a week or two...so i dunno. The point it im losin weight for no reason.
