I FOUND SOMETHING...ON THE NET..BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S GONNA HELP..I'M KEEP LOOKING...
Try eating 5-6 small frequent meals as opposed to three large ones. If you wait too long for a meal, by the time the food comes, you will be starving and will not be able to control yourself. Eating smaller meals more often helps keep you full, and lets you be in control. Never skip meals. Some people think that by skipping breakfast or lunch they will save total calories, but the opposite happens. Because they go for too long without food, they end up compensating for it and then some later in the day. In addition, skipping meals slows down your metabolism, because your body feels like it's not getting enough food. So it activates its survival instinct and burns fewer calories. Another trick is to eat slower. It takes our body around 20 minutes to realize that it's full. If you eat too fast, you will eat unnecessary calories while your body is determining whether it is still hungry. By the time it realizes that it's full, it is too late, since you've already eaten more than you needed. If you eat slowly, your brain will start sending signals to stop eating just in time. |

but girl are you sure that you have to lose 25 POUNDS?... getting down sizes doesnt exactly mean you have to lose a certain amount of weight... honestly diets just work for a while... once you stop its tooo easy to gain the weight back.. get taebo or go jogging.. try to get used to exercise and youll feel yourself start to tone up.

How many dress sizes do you have to go down? Because you can lose inches first before dropping the weight. 25 pounds seems like a drastic change and I don't think it's safe to drop that much in a month?

There is no way that you can lose 25LBS in 4 weeks on any diet. That is like 7LBS a week. Some people are lucky enough to loose half a pound a week and those are the ones who go to fitness clubs everyday. |

damn grl thta's alot of lbs...to loose in a month or less...good luck! believe me if i knew a diet that worked fast my azz would DEFINATLEY be on it...

^^Girl, sit-ups aint gonna do nothin if dats ALL ur doin. You gotta go runnin or sumthin...trust me. I wanted to get skinny too..and so i started doin sit-ups every night, thinkin Id lose weight...NOPE. Wrong. All dat does is build muscle in ur tummy...DUH! lol I shoulda known dat. But since i have a fat belly...u cant even see da muscle...i still do em...and u still cant see da muscle. SO yea....u must be doin sumthin else too. Go runnin for a while...then do crunches at night...do some jumpin jacks too. And try to eat healthier...dats all i can think of. But theres no way u gonna lose 25 lbs...i agree with Numba1Stunna on dat. |

just drop tha junk food! drop tha coke *if you drink any* tha chocolate tha burgers tha fries... start eating healthy... tha way i lost weight was by dancing cuz ionno if any of yall memba but i tried out for tha dance/drill team at my skool and just in tha practices of about one month i went down like 3 sizes and dropped bout 10 pounds which i felt good about and kept it down... so you can try dancin like every night or somethin or go out and run n drink water... if you really wanna loose weight youll know what to do...

heres a diet tip...DONT DIET!!! ur so young and u dont need all that stress on ur body. excersise and all is good but dont start trying all sorts of diets. im speaking from experience, it starts causing problems. i had a lot of wieght issues when i was younger and im still getting over it now. and im gonna be 22. its to ur best benefit to just eat healthy and excersise. dont try crash diets and diet pills and all that kinda stuff. its not worth it. just except urself as u are. some ppls bodies arent meant to be certain sizes.

well i have been joggin cuz there is a park by muh house so i go the nights i dont have practice and i have been dancing alot at pracice since i am in 2 quince's so yea and i went to go try on muh dress and it fit me and it was a LARGE and i was like WoW
